1. Birth story processing
One in four women are traumatised by their experience of childbirth. Work through the challenges you faced, process your story, and begin to eliminate any intrusive thoughts and flashbacks.
2. Physical recovery
From split abs (diastasis recti) and core instability to issues with your pelvic floor, we carry all sorts of wounds from childbirth. But it doesn’t have to stay that way! We can help you build strength and regain ownership of your body.
3. Loving your postpartum body
Your body feels unrecognisable and you no longer feel like you. Alongside physical recovery, you can gain confidence and learn to be in awe of your body as you journey towards your longer-term goals.
4. Bonding
Trauma, mental health struggles and many other things leave up to a third of women feeling like we’re failing to bond with our little ones. This is not a sign of failure but of love. We can help you overcome these hurdles and build the relationship you crave.
5. Nutrition & gut health
Nutrition can play a powerful role in many of our postnatal struggles. Whether it’s mental health, constipation, skin conditions, wound recovery or weight loss, we can provide simple steps which make a big difference.

Often, we are the biggest critic of our own parenting. Social media creates an impossible standard against which we measure ourselves, but through powerful mindset exercises we can help you shift your perspective and protect your peace.

About Me
I’m Maia, a medical doctor turned postnatal health coach. I have a 5 year old son and a 2 year old daughter. I had a traumatic labour with my son, which left me with flashbacks. He was unwell, and I was dismissed by medical professionals. All this made a huge impact on my mental health and led to severe postnatal depression. Now, I’m out the other side with a passion to help women who are struggling or just barely surviving. If you want to find the joy in motherhood, let us partner together!!
