My Story
I had a haemorrhage, a significant tear and pelvic floor problems from my first birth. Then my baby had severe acid reflux which doctors ignored, leading to endless hours of screaming for six months. This all crushed my mental health and I end up being admitted to hospital for psychiatric care.
Fast forward a few years and I am now a thriving parent who knows my worth as a mum. I am confident in my parenting and well on my way to physical recovery.
I love to share the things that made such a difference in my life, so that mums like you don’t have to hit rock bottom (like I was) to get help.
And these tips and tricks don’t just work for me, they have been tried and tested as I have coached other women on this journey!
My Values & Beliefs
It's not your fault that things are this hard
We weren’t designed to try and raise a baby without a supportive village around us. Isolation is a key factor behind postnatal depression doubling in the last decade.
Finding calm and confidence in the chaos
Motherhood is often a rollercoaster. We have very little control over our days, and even when we do all the ‘right’ things it can still end in chaos. I can give you tools to help you restore calm and be the confident mama you want to be!
Empathy and accountability
I have the experience to truly empathise with you on your journey. The tools and tips that I have learnt along the way can take you from barely surviving to thriving, are they are tried and tested. I would love to share them with you and keep you on track.
My Approach
I have a holistic 10-step coaching programme covering the following topics: birth story processing, physical recovery (pelvic floor health, core recovery), loving your post partum body, bonding, feeding, nutrition, mindset and mummy mindfulness. If there are certain areas that you would like to focus on, then we can tailor your sessions to suit!
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel exhausting, chaotic, and overwhelming. You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s bring back balance, energy, and confidence—one small step at a time. Through personalised coaching, gentle movement, and mindful nutrition, I’ll help you feel strong, calm, and in control again.
