In the postnatal period it is easy to feel like you are loosing yourself, and you wonder if you will ever feel like yourself again. Postnatal health coaching helps you get there through bite size actionable goals. I will give you techniques to help find calm in the chaos

There is nothing that rips through our core like being pregnant and delivery. Often this leads to pelvic floor problems and core instability. Not to mention trying to wrap our minds around our the bodies that are so different pre-baby. I will help you with body confidence and physical recover
Who is it for?
We are here for any mum who has a child under two and wants help to improve her mental and physical wellbeing. You will benefit from a trained coach who is a registered doctor and has tried and tested solutions.

My Approach
I have a holistic 10-step coaching program covering the following topics: birth story processing, physical recovery (pelvic floor health, core recovery), loving your postpartum body, bonding, feeding, nutrition, mindset and mummy mindfulness. If there are certain areas that you would like to do a deep dive into, then we can tailor your sessions to suit!
